Chasity Wedgeworth is a proud supporter of the Second Amendment and the right of law-abiding Texans to defend themselves, their families, and their property. She grew up around responsible gun owners who understood that firearms come with both rights and responsibilities. Chasity believes in protecting the constitutional freedoms that define Texas, while also working toward common-sense measures that keep weapons out of the hands of criminals and protect our children in schools. Supporting the Second Amendment and protecting innocent lives are not opposing ideas - they’re both acts of responsibility. Texans can do both, and Chasity will fight to make sure we do.

She supports restoring the proper balance of power between the branches of government, ending executive overreach, and enforcing the rule of law as written. Chasity will fight to protect due process, uphold equal application of the law, and ensure federal agencies operate within the authority granted to them by Congress and the Constitution.

Texas was built by producers — farmers, ranchers, and business owners who respect the land and the law. Chasity Wedgeworth believes in protecting private property rights, supporting agriculture, and ensuring lawful businesses are not targeted by shifting political agendas or regulatory overreach. She supports clear, consistent rules that protect consumers while allowing legal commerce to operate without fear of arbitrary enforcement.
Border Security & National Sovereignty
A nation without borders is not a nation. Chasity Wedgeworth supports securing the southern border, enforcing existing immigration laws, and restoring national sovereignty within the limits of the Constitution. She believes compassion and lawfulness are not opposites — but that chaos, human trafficking, and fentanyl trafficking are the direct result of failed border policies and inconsistent enforcement. Border security must be treated as a national priority and a constitutional responsibility, carried out with due process, equal protection under the law, and respect for civil liberties. Upholding the rule of law means enforcing it lawfully — without creating double standards, conditional rights, or unchecked authority.
