Contribution Rules – 2025–2026 Election Cycle

By making a contribution, you affirm that:

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder).

  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

  3. I am at least eighteen (18) years old.

  4. I am not a federal contractor.

  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit or debit card and not with a corporate or business account or a card issued to another person.

Contribution Limits (2025–2026 Cycle)

  • Individuals may contribute up to $3,500 per election to Chasity Wedgworth for Congress.

    • The first $3,500 will be designated for the Primary Election.

    • The next $3,500 will be designated for the General Election.

  • Multicandidate Committees (PACs) may contribute up to $5,000 per election.

Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, federal government contractors, and foreign nationals (non–green card holders) are prohibited.Persons are also prohibited from making contributions in the name of another person.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle.
