Meet Chasity Wedgeworth
BACKGROUND
Chasity Wedgeworth was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, where hard work means survival. She grew up in neighborhoods where neighbors shared what little they had, where a strong back and a willing heart mattered more than titles or connections.
She built her life on those same values. Together with her husband, she started small businesses from scratch, working long hours, meeting payroll, balancing family, and surviving the grind that too many politicians have forgotten.
When COVID-19 hit, Chasity lost her salon but not her determination. She went back to school, earned her degree in cannabis science, and launched her own small business. Her mission was simple: create opportunity, education, and dignity through honest work.
She’s lived through the same struggles so many Texans face, from stretching paychecks, fighting for healthcare, and keeping faith when the system feels rigged. Chasity isn’t running to join the establishment. She’s running to hold it accountable.
Campaign Focus
Chasity Wedgeworth’s campaign is about restoring balance and accountability to Washington by fighting for the people who make Texas work. She’s focused on protecting rural healthcare so families aren’t left without care, defending family farms and water rights from corporate takeovers, and empowering small businesses that form the backbone of local communities.
As a lifelong Texan and business owner, Chasity knows the struggles of paying bills, keeping workers employed, and rebuilding after loss. She’s running to end the favoritism that rewards billion-dollar corporations while working families are left behind, and to ensure that freedom, fairness, and faith still mean something in the Texas Panhandle.
For Chasity, this campaign isn’t about party politics, it's about people, community, and the belief that real power belongs to the citizens who refuse to be ignored.
