    • You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder).
       

    • This contribution is made from your own funds, not those of another person or entity.
       

    • This contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank.
       

    • You are not a federal contractor.
       

    • You are at least 18 years old.
       

  2. Contribution Limits
     

    • Individual contributions are limited to $3,500 per election (primary and general are separate limits).
       

    • Contributions from federal PACs and authorized committees must comply with FEC contribution limits and reporting requirements.
       

  3. Reporting Requirements
    Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
     

  4. Use of Funds
    Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections and to support campaign operations, voter outreach, and communication efforts for Chasity for U.S. Congress.
     

  5. Refunds & Errors
    All contributions are considered final unless made in error. See our Return Policy below for more details.
     

  6. Compliance
    Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
    Contributions are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act.
