Contribution Rules – 2025–2026 Election Cycle
By making a contribution, you affirm that:

Contribution Limits (2025–2026 Cycle)

Individuals may contribute up to $3,500 per election to Chasity Wedgworth for Congress.

The first $3,500 will be designated for the Primary Election.

The next $3,500 will be designated for the General Election.

Multicandidate Committees (PACs) may contribute up to $5,000 per election.
Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, federal government contractors, and foreign nationals (non–green card holders) are prohibited.Persons are also prohibited from making contributions in the name of another person.
Reporting Notice
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle.
